Kurzer Abstecher nach Rheinland-Pfalz. Habe dort einen Kollegen besucht und bei der Hitze heute auch etwas nachgetankt. Der Radweg durch das Ostertal ist sensationell, aber anstrengend. In Freisen ist man gut 500 Meter hoch.<\/p>\n

Jetzt geht es in Richtung Boostalsee.<\/p>\n
